We booked a taxi for travel from Mumbai airport to our home in Surat last week. We were in USA at the time, and unable to pay the prescribed advance, but the booking went through smoothly. They didn't have the car type we had booked, so they upgraded us without any additional cost. The driver phoned us exactly at the time we had booked, and waited till we cleared our paperwork. The car was clean and in good condition, the driver was polite and a safe driver, and our experience with One Side Taxi was excellent.
