I had a pleasant experience with One Side Taxi. Their online booking service is very easy to use and it is nice to be able to communicate with whatsapp. As other reviews have said, they are VERY punctual. My driver arrived about 20-30 minutes ahead of the time I requested a cab for and he called me when they arrived. I used their services for Mumbai-Nashik trip and I will be pleased to use it again. We booked a taxi for travel fromour home Mumbai to Lavasa city and from lavasa city to mumbai to our home. Both the time drivers were punctual on the time we had booked. The car was neat and clean, the driver was polite and a safe driver, and our experience with One Side Taxi was excellent. Great service. Wish I could give more stars. Our couple from Europe. We have been traveling in India last 3 weeks. During this time we used taxi service many times - in Amritsar, Dharamsala, Delhi, Varanasi, Bodhgaya, Mumbai. The last one it was One Side Taxi service from Jaipur to Agra this morning. And this service was the best one. It was good CLEAN car, professional calm driver. Really good job for good price.
